SCHOOL CLOSURES RELATED TO THE OAK, HULL, AND AUGUST COMPLEX FIRES

Update at 8:45 AM September 11, 2020, for Friday, September 11, 2020:

All Willits Unified and Willits Charter Schools remain closed.

Laytonville Unified will remain closed for on-campus instruction. They ask that all students check emails from their teachers for assignments to complete. LES Teachers will be making contact with students at 8:30 a.m.in a variety of ways. They hope to be back to our normal Distance Learning schedule by Monday, September 14t.

Round Valley Unified remains under minimum day operations and plans to a full day schedule on Monday, September 14th.

Update at 2:45 PM September 9, 2020, for Thursday and Friday, September 10 & 11, 2020:

Round Valley Unified Schools will be operating under minimum days on Thursday, September 10, and Friday, September 11, 2020. The town of Covelo is currently not under an evacuation warning or order. RVUSD is actively monitoring the fire situation in the Mendocino National Forest and will cancel classes should they be placed under an evacuation warning.

All Willits Unified and Willits Charter Schools remain closed.

All Willits Charter Schools are closed for Wednesday, September 9.
