We focus on continuous professional development, offering support for new teachers through mentoring and instructional coaching, while also collaborating with principal networks and developing classified staff.
We prioritize inclusive practices, embracing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to accommodate diverse learners and provide multilingual support for English Language Learners. Additionally, we are committed to early education and the P3 (Preschool to Third Grade) framework, promoting collaboration between early childhood and K-3 educators to ensure seamless transitions and holistic development for young learners.
