Do we need to be there the entire day?

No.

You need to have your project fully set up between 8:30-9:15 am, then you need to be standing in front of your project 5 minutes before your interview starts, and the awards ceremony is optional but strongly encouraged.

This year there will be activities outside throughout the day and college tours. Students who complete all the activities get prizes as well.

Families traveling from greater distances can request a later start time on the registration form.
