MCOE's Speech and Language Pathology team is committed to helping all students develop effective communication skills that support their academic achievement, social development, and overall success in the educational environment.

Our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are highly trained professionals who specialize in diagnosing and treating communication disorders in school-aged children. We work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create comprehensive support systems that enhance students' ability to communicate effectively in all aspects of their educational experience.

  • Speech: Articulation, phonological disorders, motor speech
  • Language: Receptive/expressive skills, vocabulary, grammar
  • Social Communication: Conversation skills, social interaction
