Board Member Ethics Training
Mendocino County Office of Education is pleased to host a Board Ethics training for school district, county, and charter school governing board members to meet the requirements of Assembly Bill 2158. This is a great opportunity to fulfill your mandatory training, gain valuable insights, and connect with fellow board members across the county.

The training, provided by School and College Legal Services of California, will cover the key areas mandated by AB 2158, including:
Ethical responsibilities under California law
Financial conflicts of interest
Gifts and Form 700 reporting
This interactive session will feature real-world examples and scenarios to help board members navigate their responsibilities effectively.
