Mendocino County Public Health declared a heat emergency for the interior valleys of Mendocino County, effective through Friday, September 9 at 8 PM. There could be rolling power outages in our county this week due to the need to conserve energy. If they occur, outages will likely take place from 4-9 PM, and will vary in location.
