Extreme Heat Advisory Guidance

Mendocino County Public Health declared a heat emergency for the interior valleys of Mendocino County, effective through Friday, September 9 at 8 PM. Click here for a press release issued by Mendocino County Public Health on the heat emergency. Please make sure you are staying hydrated and limiting your outdoor activity to avoid heat illnesses. There could be rolling power outages in our county this week due to the need to conserve energy. If they occur, outages will likely take place from 4-9 PM, and will vary in location.
