ITSS is the MCOE department responsible for the California Technology Assistance Project for Region 1. CTAP is a statewide technical assistance project that provides coordination and services in educational technology based upon local and regional needs in one of the eleven regions of California. The mission of CTAP Region 1 is to provide professional development and assistance in supporting 21st century information literacy skills tied to classroom teaching and learning, data school management, funding and coordination and hardware/telecommunication infrastructure design for all of the 97 districts and 530 schools in Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino and Sonoma Counties.
